Job Description
  • Conduct comprehensive reference checks with previous employers, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on background checks, including employment verification, education checks, criminal record checks, and other required screenings.
  • Collect, review, and compile all pre-employment documents (e.g., identification, certifications, forms, medical records).
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with candidates to ensure timely submission of documents and clarification of any outstanding requirements.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer stage to onboarding.
  • Prepare and update onboarding trackers, status reports, and documentation logs.
  • Support the preparation of onboarding kits and coordinate Day 1 arrangements when required.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are completed within defined timelines and service-level expectations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR, onboarding, or talent acquisition support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an added advantage.
