A leading med-tech company is seeking a Global Account Manager in Malaysia, focusing on strengthening distributor relations and market expansion. Tupel 3D is a British med‑tech company that designs and manufactures precision 3‑D scanning products used by professionals across the UK, Europe, the US and many other countries. All products are developed in-house, from optics and electronics to software and industrial design.
As part of our global expansion, we are strengthening our commercial operations in Malaysia to enhance distributor performance and expand into new markets. We are looking for a polished and capable commercial professional who thrives in an international environment and can contribute from day one.
This role focuses on managing global distributor relationships, driving market growth and supporting commercial strategy. You will be the primary link between Tupel and our distributor network, ensuring each partner is supported, aligned with our goals and performing well in their market.
You will be involved in analysing sales data, identifying performance issues or opportunities and contributing to decisions on pricing, positioning and market expansion. This role requires someone who is analytical, structured and confident dealing with international customers.
You will also work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to plan and execute initiatives that expand our global reach.
This role is relationship‑driven and strategic, suitable for candidates with prior experience in handling clients, accounts or distributors.
