• Self Driven, Diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Photo Editor or in a similar role within the entertainment or media industry.
• Proficiency in photo editing techniques, including image manipulation, color correction, and retouching.
• Expertise in using Adobe Photoshop, CaptureOne and other industry-standard photo editing software.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in photo editing and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit photographs to meet the needs of various projects, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to conceptualize and execute visual content.
• Perform advanced image manipulation tasks, including compositing, masking, and retouching, to enhance the quality and impact of photographs.
• Maintain and organize a digital asset library, ensuring that all photographs are properly tagged, categorized, and archived for easy retrieval.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing and digital imaging, and proactively suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
• Manage color correction and color grading to ensure consistency and accuracy across all visual materials.
