Remote Property Maintenance & Vendor Coordinator
Job summary
A property management firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator responsible for arranging maintenance across rental units. This fully remote role requires vendor coordination, quality control, and customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of maintenance coordination experience and a college degree is preferred. The position offers an hourly rate between $8 and $9 and requires working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience.
- Internet speed of 50 mbps and above required.
Responsibilities
- Contacts approved vendors for maintenance support.
- Develops maintenance plans and implements them.
- Ensures quality control standards are met.
