Job summary
A leading finance and accounting firm in Negeri Sembilan is looking for a candidate to assist with data entry of e-Invoices and maintain documentation. The role includes preparing SST submissions to customs, issuing Purchase Orders, and liaising with auditors. Ideal for someone familiar with MYOB and Malaysian taxation principles. Qualifications
- Familiarity with MYOB accounting software.
- Knowledge of taxation principles in Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry of e-Invoices into MYOB and IRBM systems.
- Prepare and submit SST to Royal Malaysian Customs.
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and prepare Payment Vouchers.
Assist with data entry of e-Invoices into MYOB (Accounting System) and the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) system.
Maintain document filing (hard and soft copies).
Assist in SST preparation and submission to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
Assist in preparing Payment Vouchers (PV).
Assist with data entry into MYOB (Accounting System).
Maintain document filing (hard and soft copies).
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, accreditation auditors, and other government agencies in relation to finance, treasury, and accounts.
Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
