Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing stock inventory, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations in the storage and fulfillment process. This role is essential in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely packing and delivery of customer orders, and organizing the warehouse efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Stock Management:
    • Monitor and manage stock in and out of the warehouse.
    • Organize and label new stock upon arrival.
    • Perform regular stock checks (stock take) to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Prepare summary reports on stock levels, including sold items and reorder needs.
  • 2. Order Fulfillment:
    • Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and meet quality standards.
    • Coordinate with couriers and delivery partners for smooth logistics.
  • 3. Warehouse Organization:
    • Arrange and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
    • Ensure stock is stored in a safe and accessible manner.
    • Monitor and improve warehouse workflows for better efficiency.
  • 4. Data Reporting:
    • Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in the inventory system.
    • Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements and sales data.
  • 5. General Operations:
    • Assist with quality checks on products before stocking or shipping.
    • Manage returns and exchanges, updating stock accordingly.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in the warehouse.
