Assist with data entry of e-Invoices into MYOB (Accounting System) and the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) system.
Maintain document filing (hard and soft copies).
Assist in SST preparation and submission to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
Assist in preparing Payment Vouchers (PV).
Assist with data entry into MYOB (Accounting System).
Maintain document filing (hard and soft copies).
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, accreditation auditors, and other government agencies in relation to finance, treasury, and accounts.
Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
