We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising strategy and execution across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for planning, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns to drive measurable business growth. You'll manage advertising spend efficiently while maximizing ROI across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Digital Ads Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Display, and more.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates), identify opportunities for optimization, and implement A/B tests to improve outcomes.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and high ROI. Provide regular forecasting and spend pacing updates.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets. Provide insights on what’s working and recommend iterations based on data.
- Audience Targeting: Build, test, and scale audience segments across platforms. Leverage retargeting, lookalike, and interest-based strategies to reach key segments.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and guide decision-making based on data.
- Platform Mastery: Stay current with the latest advertising tools, trends, and algorithm updates across all major platforms.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with the eCommerce, CRM, and Product teams to align ad strategy with conversion goals and funnel performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially in paid media buying.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, attribution tools, and performance dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering ROI.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into action.
- Experience working in eCommerce, retail, or consumer tech industries.
- Familiar with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page A/B testing.
- Experience with automation tools (Insider).
