Job summary
A leading quality management firm in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will lead production activities from raw material handling to product release, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management functions and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. The company offers a collaborative work environment, focusing on quality assurance in pharmaceutical and veterinary products.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management functions.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical/veterinary products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) function.
- Lead production oversight activities from raw material to product release.
- Involve in compliance matters and facility GMP certification.
- Conduct annual product quality review and manage complaints.
Skills
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or preferably Masters in Science or Engineering background (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemical Engineering, etc)
- 3-5 years of working experience in Quality Management functions (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance, etc)
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical or veterinary products
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) function in the company
- Lead activities for production oversight, from raw material handling, and BMR/ BPR review to product batch release
- Involve in facility qualification, validation, and compliance matters, including facility GMP certification
- Involve in annual product quality review and post-approval activities including product complaints, recall, etc
