Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (FB, IG, XHS).
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all relevant channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the company's social media presence.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills with the patience to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic) and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the creation of content calendars and scheduling of social media posts to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging and address customer inquiries.
