We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our IT Solutions and Data Center Colocation business. This role involves driving the sales team, expanding market presence, and developing customer-focused solutions across High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, cloud HPC, enterprise IT solutions, and data center colocation services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including:
- HPC clusters, GPUs, accelerators
- AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe)
- Simulation workloads (OpenFOAM, ANSYS)
- Server, storage, and networking hardware
- Colocation infrastructure: power density, rack allocation, cooling, connectivity
- Ability to guide sales strategies around complex technical offerings.
- Proven experience managing a sales team in IT, cloud, data center, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT solutions, enterprise technology, or data center services.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives and Account Representatives.
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and sales targets for the team.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and sales training to enhance team capability.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive new customer acquisition for HPC systems, AI solutions, cloud HPC, enterprise IT, and colocation services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and achieve revenue objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Build long-term sales pipelines and ensure consistent business growth.
- Manage relationships with key enterprise clients and establish trusted advisor-level engagement.
- Support the team in major sales opportunities, solution presentations, and high-value negotiations.
- Work closely with technical teams to design customer-centric IT solutions involving:
- HPC clusters & GPU infrastructures
- AI/ML computing environments
- Enterprise servers, networking, storage
- Data center colocation services (power, cooling, cross-connects)
- Ensure proposals and solution strategies meet customer requirements and technical standards.
- Oversee proposal quality, pricing accuracy, quotation preparation, and contract management.
- Monitor sales forecasting, pipeline health, and team performance metrics.
- Provide regular management reports on sales achievements, market insights, and upcoming opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and revenue realization.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and partner engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners, distributors, and vendors.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to strengthen product and service offerings.
