Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing or related fields and have 5–8 years of experience in marketing, particularly in tourism or entertainment. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with Mandarin as a bonus.

Join one of Malaysia’s most exciting attractions! We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic campaigns, exciting product launches, and impactful collaborations across our parks and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead 360° marketing campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives
  • Develop and execute creative strategies, media plans, and publicity efforts
  • Collaborate with in-park tenants on promotions to boost visibility and sales
  • Identify and pitch new F&B/retail partners to enhance guest experience
  • Manage tie-in promotions, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional projects
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, PR, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in marketing/brand/corporate comms
  • Industry experience in tourism, lifestyle, or entertainment is a plus
  • Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Creative, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder, media, and project management skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/public holidays
