A logistics company in Selangor seeks a candidate for warehouse operations. The role includes assisting in maintaining inventory control, ensuring accurate picking and packing of items, and performing stock counts. Candidates should have a responsible attitude and at least SPM/O Level education. Basic computer skills are advantageous. This position is ideal for those who are detail-oriented and efficient in their work.
Assisting in warehouse operation and maintaining inventory control.
Ensure picking the correct items for outbound shipment.
Packing items into a parcel in a safe and secure manner.
Assisting with unloading new stock and performing stock count.
Labelling the stocks and arranging them to rack.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety of stock against damage.
In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities.
To ensure incoming goods & shipments are properly loaded or unloaded from the transporter and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice and carry out put away process.
Inform store supervisor when receiving of damaged or shortage of quantity goods immediately.
Acknowledge receipt of goods and date.
Prepare arranging and stacking of goods.
Retrieving of goods as per invoice, accuracy in order picking. Goods consignment note to be picked.
Report any damaged or stock discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor/ Warehouse Manager.
Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery.
To check strictly on returned and rejection goods.
Ensure products are protected with proper packing material & method before delivery.
All picked invoices to be recorded in the delivery record book and to be acknowledged by the person who delivers.
