Job summary
A leading semiconductor company in Malacca City is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in SMT handling equipment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in SMT handling equipment.
- Must have passed English and Mathematics at SPM level.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and works well in a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing and production operations including machinery and processing.
- Set production schedules based on demand and resources.

In your new role you will:
- Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including machinery, processing, packaging and Test.
- Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Diploma in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering. Must passed English & Mathematics subject at SPM level.
- Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) handling equipment specifically in Testing (TESEC, JHT, ETS) from semicond manufacturing.
- Able to work in Office Hour (Monday-Friday 8am-5.15pm)
- Able to work under minimum supervision and works well in a team.
