Job description

Role Description

• Assist technical manager to plan & manage the entire network infrastructure for customer.
• Responsible for coordination and manage team member for all daily activities and report to technical manager.
• Responsible for the overall planning, manage and monitor for all customer related project implementation and cases.
• Supervise and final check team member for all project documentation or report.
• Resolving complaints by providing optimal solution to customer.
• Supervise and monitor the technical team member and provide necessary guidance n the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
• Assisting team member for resolve complex technical issue.
• To research and explore all IT technology and propose enhancement to the management.
• Occasionally conduct the skill transfer and technical knowledge to another junior Engineer.

Job Authorities

• Access to company’s backup data system.
• Performance measurement or evaluation on team members.
• Authorize to summon members concerned to join team meetings, report daily tasks or technical issues, submit those related documentations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Cisco Switches, Routers, LAN, MS Exchange, WAN.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Training will be provided.
• Possess driving license and a transport.
