We are looking for an enthusiastic, good organizer, exceptional creativity, analytical, flexible skill Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and brainstorm with the designer team of the event(activation), keeping the client’s requirements, budget and spending plan in mind.
- Manage supplier relationships and ordering/production of products, equipment and items.
- Communicate with the client regularly to understand their needs, event expectations and requirements.
- Inspect the site during ongoing arrangements(activation) to ensure smooth operations and address any necessary changes.
- Generate creative ideas regularly to keep the event engaging.
- Plan budgets, negotiate contracts and maintain clear communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle stress and work extra hours if necessary.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication.
- Independent work capability with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and strong eye for details.
- Aggressive and self‑motivated attitude.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel (outstation/overseas).
- At least 2 years experience in the related field.
