The Role

We are looking for a passionate child caretaker to join our growing family. You will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and educational environment for young children (including those with diverse developmental needs).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age‑appropriate activities (play, storytelling, art, and basic learning).
• Provide attentive care for daily needs (meals, hygiene, and nap times).
• Create an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Observe and monitor children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the center at all times.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM. Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or Kursus KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata) is a huge plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a Taska, Tadika, or special needs support is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for kids are welcome to apply.
• Language: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin or local Sarawak dialects is an advantage.
• Attitude: Must have a genuine love for children, high patience, and a willingness to learn about inclusive care.
