Community & Social Media Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Community & Social Media Operations Specialist to serve as the bridge between our community and the project team. You will play a key role in protecting the project’s reputation while fostering long-term community engagement and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and moderate global Web3 community channels (e.g. Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram), ensuring timely, respectful, and empathetic communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for community members, addressing questions, feedback, and concerns related to the project, roadmap, and ecosystem.
  • Expand and manage community partnerships, including KOLs, community nodes, and ecosystem contributors, to support user growth and engagement.
  • Plan and execute community-driven campaigns such as referral programs, NFT or token airdrops, AMAs, and ecosystem events.
  • Coordinate content creation including tutorials, project updates, and campaign copy, and support targeted distribution across community channels.
  • Analyze community engagement, retention, and user quality metrics to improve community health and long-term participation.
