OPERATIONS HEAD (OUTLET)
Job summary
A retail management company in Kuching is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, outlet cleanliness, and supporting sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of SPM/STPM, experience in retail operations, and good communication skills in multiple languages. Salary starts at RM2.8K and above.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/STPM with 3-5 years working experience in the same or related field.
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field with 2 years retail operations experience.
- Good communication skills and able to converse in multiple languages.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in daily outlet operations.
- Maintain customer relationships and outlet cleanliness.
- Support sales and operational performance.
Skills
Education
To assist the Manager in daily outlet operations; to maintain customer relationships, outlet cleanliness, hygiene, support sales and operational performance, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.
- Minimum SPM/STPM with 3-5 years working experience in the same or related field.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field with 2 years working experience in retail operations or related field.
- Salary RM2.8K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
- Possess good customer service and communication skill.
- Proficient in inventory and time management.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an advantage) and other local dialect.
- Willing to relocate if required.
