• Actively engage with potential customers through various channels (online, phone, in-person) to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the value proposition of our vehicles and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the automotive market, including competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and industry trends, to effectively position our vehicles.
• Negotiate pricing and financing terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and development.
