Job summary
A leading multinational consulting firm is seeking a Mandarin English Interpreter for a remote position. This role requires near-native Mandarin fluency and proficient English skills at B2 or C1 level. Candidates should be able to work night shifts and have a reliable internet connection. The job includes responsibilities for live interpretation via video calls and maintaining confidentiality. A comprehensive training of 3 weeks will be provided. Salary ranges from RM 6,500 to RM 7,800 monthly.
Qualifications
- Near Native of Mandarin Fluency required.
- Proficient in English at B2 or C1 level.
- Stable internet connection and quiet working environment necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide live interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers.
- Ensure accurate and impartial interpretation services.
- Take notes during calls and maintain confidentiality.

It's a 100% remote job, and you can base in any city in Malaysia and Bangkok Thailand if you have a reliable Internet connection and a quiet place.

- Provide live interpretation between English-speakers and Mandarin-speakers via video call;
- Provide accurate and impartial interpretation services during the real-time conversation;
- Be always prepared to take notes during a call;
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
- Near Native of Mandarin Fluency;
- Proficient in English at the B2 or C1 level;
- Able to work night shift, 5 days a week;
- Must have a stable internet connection and quiet working environment.
Monthly Base Salary: RM 6,500 – RM 7,800
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Mode: 100% Remote, Night Shift
Working day: 5 days per week with 2 off day
Working hour: 9 hours per shift (8-hour working + 1 hour break time)
