Job Summary — Sales Executive (Technical & Key Accounts)

Join us as a Sales Executive specialising in Technical Support and Customer Solutions! In this role, you will manage customer accounts KL, Selangor & Seremban, handle technical complaints, provide on‑site product support, and proactively drive sales growth for both Fepa and Carbo product lines. You will work closely with production, technical teams, and customers to resolve issues, recommend suitable abrasive solutions, and build long‑term customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both technical problem‑solving and achieving sales targets.

Job Coverage & Working Arrangement
  • Successful candidates will be responsible for sales in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Seremban, and surrounding areas.
  • We do not operate an office in KL — candidates will be required to work from home and visit customers directly.
  • Our Sales Manager will conduct in‑person training in KL during the onboarding period.
  • Weekly conference calls and virtual meetings will be carried out for coordination and reporting.
  • Preferred language (optional but advantageous): Mandarin, Hokkien, or Cantonese, as the role involves serving Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Handle customer technical complaints, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to troubleshoot issues, perform product trials, and offer technical recommendations.
  • Work closely with production and technical teams to communicate customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and secure new orders to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and excellent service.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to customers when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of complaints, trials, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Support new product development by gathering market insights and customer feedback.
  • Assist in resolving quality‑related matters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare monthly sales and technical reports for management review.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Customer Support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience handling technical complaints or product troubleshooting is an added advantage.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to interact with all levels of personnel, including production teams and customers.
  • Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building skills.
  • A team player with leadership qualities, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and site support.
