- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursery staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee planting, watering, fertilising, and general maintenance of seedlings and young plants
- Monitor and maintain the health and well‑being of the plants, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the nursery
- Liaise with the management team to provide updates on production and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in planning and implementation of nursery expansion and development projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a farm or nursery supervisory role
- Strong understanding of horticulture practices and plant care
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of productivity and quality
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Relevant qualifications or certification in horticulture or agriculture would be an advantage
- Preferably candidates who are staying in Muar or nearby
