Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of parts inspection;
• Ensure all materials and finished goods are subject to satisfactory quality control;
• Responsible for conducting in-process module inspection;
• Liaise with the Production Leader for defects detected during the process and develop counter-measures;
• Ensure corrective actions are initiated and implemented;
• Coordinate machine outgoing buy‑off activities before delivery;
• Provide technical support in problem investigation, report quality issues, and handle customer complaints;
• Manage the non‑conformance part (NCR) system;
• Conduct regular in-process audits to ensure compliance with process requirements and the company quality system;
• Document and maintain quality control data at all times;
• Provide engineering and technical support to operations teams to improve machine quality;
• Ensure housekeeping and safety measures are in place at the working area;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a quality control position;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word;
• Strong communication skills at all levels;
• Creative mindset with problem‑solving skills;
• Knowledge of SPC and Quality Management Systems;
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn, work under pressure, and result‑oriented;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
