Chroma furnishing Sdn bhd is seeking a highly skilled Wallpaper Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at our office in Iskandar Puteri Johor. As a full-time printing machine operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and reliable operation of our state-of-the‑art printing equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.

What you’ll be doing

Operate and maintain various types of machines, including laminator and cutting plotter.

Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Production duties include preparation of wallpaper samples, cutting and packing.

Perform quality checks on printed materials and identify and resolve any issues.

Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all printing jobs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a printing machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing‑related issues.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures (English is a MUST).

Ability to carry wallpaper rolls to load into printer.

Familiar with Adobe illustrator or other print software; advantage to have graphic designer background.
