Are you an experienced farm supervisor looking to join a dynamic and growing horticulture company? Tapak Semaian Seri Maju Sdn Bhd, located in Muar, Johor, is seeking a full-time Farm Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our thriving business.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of nursery staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Oversee planting, watering, fertilising, and general maintenance of seedlings and young plants
• Monitor and maintain the health and well‑being of the plants, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the nursery
• Liaise with the management team to provide updates on production and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist in planning and implementation of nursery expansion and development projects

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a farm or nursery supervisory role
• Strong understanding of horticulture practices and plant care
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of productivity and quality
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Relevant qualifications or certification in horticulture or agriculture would be an advantage
• Preferably candidates who are staying in Muar or nearby
