Job summary
A global leader in manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee equipment maintenance and manage high-precision assembly tasks. The ideal candidate should hold an Engineering diploma with at least 5 years of experience in MNC environments. Responsibilities include applying lean manufacturing principles and ensuring optimal performance of production tools. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MNC industries, preferably 8 years in high mix and high-volume manufacturing.
- Willing to work on 12-hour shifts and solve basic technical issues.
- Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis and poka-yoke principles.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain equipment, tools/fixtures for production.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve yield.
- Manage high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
