The ideal candidate should hold an Engineering diploma with at least 5 years of experience in MNC environments. Responsibilities include applying lean manufacturing principles and ensuring optimal performance of production tools. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MNC industries, preferably 8 years in high mix and high-volume manufacturing.
• Willing to work on 12-hour shifts and solve basic technical issues.
• Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis and poka-yoke principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment, tools/fixtures for production.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve yield.
• Manage high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
