Key Responsibilities
- Handle test samples (preparation, testing, loading/unloading, inspection) and ensure traceability in system.
- Collect and report test results.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of reliability test equipment and burn in station.
- Support engineers in executing qualification per test plan.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines in the reliability lab.
- Escalate abnormal test results or equipment issues to engineers promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics or related technical field.
- Hands‑on experience with reliability/environmental test equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement tools (multimeter, digital communication analyzers, microscope).
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to follow test plans and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
