Assistant Manager - Marketing & Communication (Business Campaigns & Analytics)

• Act as the key analytics partner to the business to understand and evaluate business problems by conducting discussion sessions with product managers, gathering data and requirements, and defining solutions.
• Perform in-depth investigation via hypothesis creation and deep dive analysis to prove or disprove hypotheses, uncover new insights, and develop meaningful and actionable solutions to guide decision-making and business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists from the Data Science Lab by providing business insights, context, and direction during AI/ML model development.
• Translate AI/ML findings into business language and build storyboards to present findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Validate analysis and AI/ML model findings by piloting journeys, either in batch or in real-time, with a selected test group of customers.
• Review and evaluate campaign requests and performance to structure campaigns, reducing ad hoc demand and improving resource and time management.
• Support real-time continuous marketing efforts by uncovering new business opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and attrition through ongoing analysis and monitoring of customer behavior.
• Act as the key business partner to product managers, providing guidance and advice to stakeholders across the bank to develop engaging and relevant content for campaigns to optimize response.
• Develop, maintain, and improve campaign trackers to support campaign performance reviews, as well as analytic marts to accelerate analysis.
• Enhance data availability by combining primary and secondary sources to enrich analysis capabilities.
• Create a collaborative team environment to share data, scripts, results, and findings to improve process efficiency and maximize value.
• Communicate ideas, methodologies, results, and recommendations clearly through reports, presentations, and visualizations to peers and management.
