A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled individual to enhance community business services by managing SME banking relationships. This role involves growing the Existing-to-Bank portfolio and acquiring new customers through strategic sales initiatives. Candidates should have a recognized degree, strong sales experience, and knowledge of SME lending. The position offers an opportunity to significantly impact branch profitability and customer experience.
To grow community businesses around the branch, providing financial services to SME. Establish a relationship with the businesses and provided a better customer experience to this segment of branch customers to improve branch profitability and sales performance.
Grow the Existing-to-Bank (ETB) SME portfolio (Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, Sdn Bhd with AST < RM50m) to increase product holdings and profitability.
Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) SME customers through community visits, roadshows, and branch-based sales activities.
Drive ETB and NTB growth across a wide range of bank products.
Understand SME lending requirements to acquire, evaluate, and submit loan applications.
Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Manager to expand SME segment penetration and profitability.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies, including FSA, KYC, AMLA, and all sales governance standards.
CBM will continue to be the SME content expert for the branch and be the conduit between HQ and the rest of the sales force;
The CBM will partner the branch manager to collectively grow the SME competency for the SME sales.
Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management
