As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and engage our customers. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets for various platforms, including menus, promotional materials, social media, and our website.

• Create compelling visual content to support branding and marketing campaigns
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and identity
• Assist in the development of visual assets for new campaigns, product launches, and events
• Design graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging digital visuals such as banners, animations, GIFs, and video thumbnails
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to ensure consistency across platforms

• Design printed materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, menu boards, and buntings
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and ensure high-quality production
• Source and liaise with vendors for print production when necessary

• Create web visuals including sliders, product images, icons, and promo banners
• Work with the web and e-commerce team to maintain a visually appealing user experience
• Assist in updating visual content based on seasonal promotions or campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas and creative solutions
• Support ad hoc design needs such as internal communication materials or presentation decks

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visuals fresh and modern
• Ensure attention to detail, typography, color usage, and layout across all projects
• Maintain a clean and organized digital file management system

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Art/ Creative/ Graphic Designs or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Editing or other relatable software editing tools.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Art/ Creative/ Graphic Designs or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of capturing photos and video editing is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and detail-oriented with strong conceptual.
• Effective time management skill and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Near to Taman Mas).
