Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Develop layouts, illustrations, logos, and graphics for various media (web, print, social) using software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Material Production: Select fonts, colors, images, and arrange text (typography) for publications, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Liaise with clients, art directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to align on vision and feedback.
  • Quality Control: Prepare final files, review for errors, and ensure designs meet brand guidelines before publishing or printing.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
