We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Senior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. As the senior of the team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with creative direction & conceptualization, the production of design work, video editing, as well as the occasional video shoot. You will work closely with our Social Media Management unit to create engaging and compelling visuals and videos that effectively communicate our client’s brand message and capture the attention of the intended target audience.

1. Idea conceptualization: Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, branding, product teams) to translate briefs into brand guides, creatives, key visuals, videos, and more that meet client’s expectations.
2. Graphic Design: Create visual content for various platforms, including social media, motion graphics, promotional materials, billboards, and more.
3. Videography: Assist in shooting Instagram Reels for clients, as well as the occasional shoots for specific projects.
4. Video Editing: Edit video and sound projects, including selecting program formats for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/SFX, media management, and archiving project media.
5. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
6. Layout and Typography: Work with precision to ensure proper layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in all design projects.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand visual and video needs and execute projects that align with marketing objectives.
8. Project Management: Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
9. Trend Research: Stay updated on design, video, photography, and animation trends to keep projects fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

1. At least two (2) years of experience in a relevant field, such as Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
