Job description

To support the Head of Department (HOD) and/or Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and supervising operational activities to achieve the sales target.

Coordinate with Supervisors to develop integrated sales & marketing plans and allocate the A&P budget.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, determine sales forecast, and recommend cost‑effective promotional activities.
• Conduct competitor and customer surveys to prepare market research and pricing reports for competitive strategy.
• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in supervising operational activities to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate and formulate sales & marketing programmes, A&P budgets, and all aspects of marketing.
• Work with creative agencies on marketing collaterals (design & layout for indoor/outdoor displays, light boxes, banners, billboards, digital screens, flyers, brochures, etc.).
• Plan and execute events, roadshows, project launches, exhibitions, and other promotional activities; source and engage event organisers.
• Monitor and ensure display materials and event items are in good condition; maintain A&P marketing expenses within approved limits.
• Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, and submit required authority documents.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks related to marketing and other ad‑hoc assignments by superiors.
