The role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, managing service sites, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience, particularly in data centers. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a hands-on technician role, preferably with data center background.
- Familiar with repairing and servicing HVAC systems.
- Understanding of air conditioning within the HVAC field.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain and perform repairs on all refrigeration equipment and HVAC equipment.
- Manage all allocated service sites and mentor technicians.
- Perform routine service for HVAC units under service agreements.
- Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance schedules.
- Ensure safety protocols during service or repairs.
