• 3–5 years’ experience in building operations and maintenance management.
• Hands-on knowledge in handling all technical aspects of building utilities.
• Ability to operate LV electrical installations in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance routines and procedures for service delivery.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure equipment remains operational.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and perform minor repairs.
• Oversee pest control programmes and ensure health and safety compliance.
