Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in coffee and liquid product processing.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, FSSC, HACCP, and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned production shift to meet targets and ensure product quality.
• Organize and lead the shift team for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve plant issues.
• Prepare production reports and manage SAP transactions.
