Overview

Perform pest control services in accordance with company SOP and safety standards.

Lead and supervise technicians during on-site operations.

Plan and execute daily job schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.

Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate treatment methods.

Prepare and submit accurate Service Reports (SR) after job completion.

Ensure proper handling, usage, and storage of chemicals, equipment, and PPE.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and licensing requirements.

Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical advice.

Train and guide junior technicians.

Monitor chemical stock, tools, and equipment usage.

Ensure company vehicles and company assets are well maintained.

Act as the main contact person for Langkawi operations.

Report job issues, incidents, or customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in pest control
