- Maintain cleanliness of machines and perform servicing.
- Conduct machine installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Perform trouble shooting and re-conditioning of machines.
- Assist in vendor coordination and inventory management.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Assistant 1 to join our team at Fraser & Neave (F&N) in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting our Electrical/Electronic Engineering operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.
General Machine cleaning & servicing - maintain good housekeeping of withdrawn machines & machines under repair.
Machine installation/ withdrawal, repair/ maintenance & refurbishment.
Machine trouble shooting & rectify problems; re-conditioning machines.
Re-branding of equipment.
Joget System Management : Ticket monitoring, scanning, updating status, closing tickets.
Cooler Handling : Preparation, return monitoring, sorting by repair status.
Vendor coordination : Gate pass handover, photo updated, RFD cooler collection.
Housekeeping & Inventory : Cleaning and physical counts.
Perform other tasks as & when deemed necessary by Assistant Manager, Sales Support.
Providing technical assistance and support to the engineering team
Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic equipment
Assisting in the installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment
Documenting work activities and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Certificate / Diploma in Technical field - Electrical/Electronic/ Mechanical.
1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
If without academic qualification, must have 5 to 7 years of working experience able to fulfill / perform technician 2 job specification.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in the use of tools and test equipment.
Must be computer literate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
