Requirement
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in service, logistics, or managing teams to achieve excellent customer service.
- Leadership/Skills: Strong, hands‑on leadership; excellent at organizing your work and solving problems quickly in a busy environment.
- Attitude: A positive, flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve work processes.
- Driving: Must have a valid Malaysian driver’s license (manual or auto) and be comfortable driving company vans or cars. Possessing your own vehicle is a bonus. A GDL license is also a plus.
- Language: Excellent English and mandatory fluency in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Physical: Must be able to climb and perform service maintenance work on a ladder. Must be able to carry loads of up to 25kg.
- Desired but not required: Industrial knowledge about the hotel/retail business or large AC/ventilation systems (AHU HVAC) is helpful but not essential.
Responsibility
Operations Management / Quality Control
- Field Work & Warehouse: Look after the daily activities in the warehouse (product management) and all service jobs at client locations (hotels).
- Service Delivery: Make sure the equipment (air diffusers) is installed, checked, and fixed on time and correctly at customer sites.
- Stock Management: Keep the right amount of products in stock (raw materials/canisters and finished goods).
- Quality & Safety: Make sure all our products and service methods meet our quality rules and follow all local safety laws.
- Workplace Rules: Enforce all safety rules for the team and the workplace.
Client Support & Service Excellence
- Main Contact: Be the go‑to person for customers when they call with questions or need a service job done.
- Customer Care: Build good relationships by finding the right solution for each customer.
- Contract Management: Track service agreements to make sure we perform maintenance and fulfil all obligations when they are due.
Benefits
- Salary Range: RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month.
- Statutory Contributions: Includes EPF and SOCSO contribut
- Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Overtime: You will receive replacement leave for any extra work required outside of these hours.
- Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
