Job Description

1. Production Arrangement and Scheduling
- According to the production plan, reasonably allocate work tasks to production personnel to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
- Confirm the production progress in each time period, solve bottleneck problems in production, and ensure that the production tasks are completed on time.
2. On-site Management
- Responsible for the daily management of production line employees, including daily attendance confirmation, 5S confirmation, production discipline management, etc.
- Organize new employee training, guide and help employees improve their work skills and work efficiency.
3. Quality Management
- Promote quality standards and requirements to employees to ensure that employees understand and comply with quality specifications.
- Supervise the quality status in the production process and promptly discover and correct quality problems.

Other Requirements

1. Have a certain number of years (such as more than 2 years) of production management experience, familiar with production processes and management methods.
2. Have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to clearly communicate production tasks.
3. Be able to flexibly respond to various changes and emergencies in production.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure.
5. Must abide by the company's work system and be able to adapt to the rotation of day and night shifts.
6. Good in Microsoft Office functions.
