Job summary
An established retail company in Johor Bahru seeks a Part Time Customer Assistant to provide excellent service to customers and manage stock levels. Responsibilities include cashier functions and promoting VIP Member Cards. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and be adaptable to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Relevant certificates such as PMR/PT3/SPM or higher are required.
Qualifications
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result oriented.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to customers.
- Coordinate sufficient stock levels.
- Ensure correct selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
- Perform cashier functions & promote VIP Member Cards.
- Maintain procedures according to Operations Standards.
- Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.

- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
