What to Expect
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — including sourcing, job postings, application review, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding collaboration with the Core HR team.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide market insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Support proactive talent mapping and build candidate pipelines for key roles.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus events, and social media campaigns to enhance Swift’s visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain data accuracy in recruitment systems and ensure alignment with global and regional TA processes.
  • Collaborate with TA colleagues on process improvements and knowledge sharing across the region.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Min 3 years experience recruiting multi-disciplined resources.
  • Must have experience as an in-house or RPO environment as a technical recruiter, ideally from any of the following industries - Information Technology Services, FinTech, Banking and Financial industry, etc.
  • Skilled in screening candidates and supporting competency-based interviews.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment systems and maintaining accurate data and metrics.
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask, managing a variety of vacancies across varied locations.
