Skills
Education
- Nursing Diploma/Degree or Certified Medical Assistant

- Valid annual practicing certificate

- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

Patient Journey Management
- Be the welcoming face that calms and comforts patients
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and education
- Document medical histories and treatment records accurately
- Capture high-quality before‑after photos
- Provide exceptional pre and post‑procedure guidance
- Build lasting relationships through personalized care
- Pre‑sell or provide consultations on treatments
Clinic Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms to our high Korean standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow‑ups
- Handle basic administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, follow‑ups, and billing support
- Maintain clinic presentation and ambiance
