• Provide professional consultation and advice on aesthetic services based on clients’ needs.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation and advice on aesthetic services based on clients’ needs.
• Perform medical aesthetic treatments including medical grade lasers, injectables (Botox, Fillers, PRP, Skin boosters, Chemical Peels, Thread Lift, skin tightening procedures and any other relevant services.
• Handle clients’ inquiries, educate and advise the clients on the course of treatments, possible downtime and the post-care plans accordingly.
• Provide training or coaching to team members on consultation, treatments, aesthetic packages as well as products and services.
• Review the client’s progress and post treatment period.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation of all medication records.
• Review and make recommendations on up-to-date market trend products and treatments to management.
• Ensure compliance of SOPs, regulations and medical protocols.
• Participate in marketing & branding activities planned by the management.
• Recommend and implement sales strategies for aesthetic treatment packages and product range.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
