Lead and oversee all aspects of property development projects, from land acquisition to sales and handover. Responsible for strategic growth, financial performance, and compliance with Malaysia’s property laws.

• Develop and execute company strategies and project plans to achieve business goals
• Identify new development opportunities and evaluate project feasibility
• Set and monitor KPIs for departments under your supervision

• Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility, design, approval, tender, construction, to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for approvals and progress
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and overall financial performance
• Liaise with banks to structure and monitor end-financing packages for purchasers
• Oversee progress billing, loan take-up rates, and redemption of bridging loans
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to ensure achievement of project sales targets
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support post-sales service quality

• Ensure adherence to HDA, Strata Titles Act, and local authority requirements
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to top management

• Degree/Diploma in Property Development, Business, or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in property development with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of end-financing and project financial management
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
