Job description
Overview

Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Finance Manager shall provide support for the execution of corporate exercises, including due diligence, M&A etc. Good knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, reporting to stakeholders etc. Support on the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyzing and interpreting financial data to support business decisions. Liaise with bankers, stakeholders for financing facilities. Continuously monitor and review of the covenants across the debt facilities, and negotiate amendments and waivers with the lenders where necessary. Managing ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with listing requirements (Bursa Malaysia / SGX) and accounting standards.
  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Finance or Accounting experience.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
  • A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized, and able to learn quickly, and independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
