Job summary
A financial services institution is seeking a professional with experience in banking cards integration and a strong understanding of software design methodologies. The role involves executing IT strategies, managing team priorities based on customer needs, and leading a team to deliver solutions effectively. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be able to interface effectively between business users and IT.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking cards integration and payment systems.
- Advanced understanding of modern software design methodologies.
- Ability to manage team priorities based on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute the CoE/IT Area strategy managing backlog.
- Provide subject matter expertise between business users and IT.
- Lead a team to deliver solutions to internal customers.
- Experience in banking cards, integration and payments system such as Credit card, Debit cards, ATM and their accompanying ecosystem.
- Advanced understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. Experience on multiple major full release project life cycles
- Execute the CoE/IT Area strategy and balance value delivered with effort required in a multi-disciplinary team, by setting clear priorities based on customer needs (managing the "what" and holding responsibility of the backlog)
- Highly responsible for Systems vision and Value delivery, Stakeholder alignment and Team leadership.
- To provide subject matter expertise to Business functions – integral interface between business squad users and IT to lead and assist in the design, development, implementation and on-going use of IT applications and solutions.
- To lead and manage a team of squad members to deliver acceptable solutions to our internal customers.
