A consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Analyst who will lead the business analysis function and contribute to developing data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and good proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Effective communication, especially in Mandarin, is highly preferred. This role involves implementing innovative ideas for data analysis and collaborating with teams to streamline data processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analysis, Business Analysis Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates are welcomed).
- Good proficiency in Excel Analysis or other Data analysis tools.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Chinese stakeholders.
- Experience in call center, customer services, sales, or telemarketing analysis is highly preferred.
- Experience with programming languages and BI Tools such as Python, R, Power BI, Tableau is an added advantage.
